Getting your studio ready…
Doket connects briefs, tasks, schedules, timesheets, approvals, invoicing and billing into one real-time workflow. Update one part of the work and the rest stays current — from capacity and budget to margin and billing.
Log an hour and the campaign updates the same second — not at month end.
Unlogged estimates count against the budget too, so scope creep shows up early.
Know exactly who has capacity and who is already overloaded before more work gets added to their plate. Spot bottlenecks early and balance work across the team.
Hours get lost when work isn't tracked properly. Doket catches unaccounted time, connects it to the work it belongs to, and makes sure the hours your team puts in don't disappear.
Briefs, tasks, schedules, time, approvals and billing often live in separate places. When work changes, someone has to manually connect the dots — that is where hours, budget and margin get lost.
Doket keeps those stages connected in real time, so the work, the numbers and the next decision always reflect what is actually happening.
Book work, log time, approve an asset or raise an invoice. Doket updates the connected workflow immediately — so capacity, progress, budget and billing stay aligned.
Client, campaign, budget, PO. Then the assets each campaign owes.
Drag an asset onto someone’s day. It lands in their calendar to confirm.
One tap turns a planned block into logged time. Budget moves as it happens.
Review and approve the work before it reaches the invoice. Doket keeps time, work and billing connected, so what gets billed accurately reflects what was actually delivered.
Everyone works from the same live operational picture — with only the information they need to act.
Every campaign shows spend against budget, what is committed, and what is still to be billed.
Drag an asset onto a person’s day. Capacity, load and over-allocation update as you go.
Your week arrives already planned. Confirm what happened; adjust what did not.
Approved time becomes an invoice with VAT, a PO reference and a link the client can open.
Plan work: traffic board, capacity, disciplines. Capture and approve: calendar time, approvals, reminders. Protect profit and bill: campaign budgets, POs, invoices and VAT. Control access: admin-only financial visibility.
Log time on a week grid. Planned blocks arrive from the traffic board and confirm in one tap.
Drag an asset onto a person’s day. Capacity and over-allocation update live.
Spend, committed and remaining, with the PO recorded and drawn down as you bill.
Expand a week to every entry behind it. Long days and missing notes flagged before you sign.
Built from approved hours, VAT applied, downloadable as PDF or shared as a link.
Someone logs time on the other side of the studio and your screen moves. No reload.
End-of-day nudges, over-servicing alerts, missing POs and overdue invoices.
Design, copy, edit, account management — whatever you bill, at whatever it costs.
Your team sees the work and the studio’s week. Budgets and rates stay where they belong.

For a small team that needs timesheets to be accurate and billing to be quick.
For agencies that need the full connected workflow — from booking and time to budget, PO tracking and billing.
For a group with several agencies, or anyone who needs their own terms.
No. Members see their own week, what is assigned to them, and the studio’s traffic board so they know who is busy. Budgets, rate cards, spend and invoice values are admin-only.
It produces the invoice — a document with your VAT number, a PO reference, gapless sequential numbering and the hours behind every line. Whether that is your legal tax invoice or a schedule you hand to your accountant is your call. Amounts are frozen at issue, so nothing moves after it is sent.
Switch it on for your agency and set the rate. Each invoice copies that rate at the moment it is issued, so if the rate ever changes your existing invoices stay exactly as the client received them.
Once an hour is on an invoice it carries that invoice’s reference and is locked out of every future one. Void the invoice and those hours return to ready-to-bill; the number stays used.
Yes, at the database level rather than in application code. Every row belongs to one agency and the database refuses to return another’s, so a bug in the app cannot leak across that line.
Less than you would think. Their week arrives already planned from the traffic board, so filling it in is confirming what happened rather than reconstructing it. If a day is short, they are nudged that evening while it is still fresh.
Not a setting someone can toggle off by accident — your team sees the work, never the money.
Invoice it, and that time is locked out of every invoice that comes after.
